This LICENSE AGREEMENT ("License Agreement") is a legal agreement between
you ("User") (either an individual or single entity) and [hivetec UG]
("Author") for the TrueFM PHP program ("Program") accompanying this License
Agreement, which includes computer software and its code, libraries, concepts,
and documentation.
By exercising User 's rights to use the Program, User agrees to be bound by
the terms of this License Agreement. If User does not agree to the terms of
this License Agreement, User may not use the Program.
PREREQUISITES
The User is responsible for obtaining any further license that may be necessary
to provide the computing environment required by the Program. Rights implied
by this License Agreement will never exceed the rights implied by such further
license(s) nor will any rights implied by such further license(s) exceed the
rights implied by this License Agreement.
SOFTWARE LICENSE
Program is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties,
as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Program is licensed,
not sold.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
This License Agreement grants the following rights:
Installation and Use. User may install and use only licensed copies of the Program.
Non-Profit. This License Agreement does not permit the User to use the Program
or any part of the Program for any commercial purposes, unless specified within
the User License.
No upgrades. This License Agreement does not entitle the User to further releases
of the Program.
Reproduction and distribution. User may freely copy the Program for the purposes
of archival or disaster recovery.
All other reproduction and distribution is strictly prohibited.
2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
Limitations on Source Code. The Program is distributed in a source code format,
this in no way diminishes the rights of the Author, nor the obligations of the
User. No part, module, routine, or block of code may be re-used without express
written consent of the Author.
Separation of components. The Program is licensed as a single product. Its component
parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
Transfer of Program. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this
License Agreement.
Modification or Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, Author may
modify, restrict or terminate this License Agreement at any time. Upon termination
User must destroy all copies of the Program and all of its component parts.
3. COPYRIGHT.
All title and copyrights in and to the Program and any copies of the Program
are owned by the Author. All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property
rights in and to any modifications or improvements made by or on behalf of User
to the Program shall vest in Author.
The Program is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

4. PERSISTENCE OF LICENSE.
User agrees to keep all copyright, proprietary notices, License Agreement s,
and License(s) stored along with the Program. (Including any back-up copy)
WARRANTY INFORMATION
1. NO WARRANTIES.
Author expressly disclaims any warranty for the Program. The Program and any
related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either
express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The
entire risk arising out of use of performance of the Program remains with the
User.
2. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
The work is released on an "as is" basis, and there is no warranty expressed
or implied as to the functioning, performance or effect on hardware or other
software. The User recognizes that Author is not obliged to provide maintenance,
consultation or revision of the work. In no event shall the Author nor anyone
else who has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of the Program
be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages
for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information,
or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this
Program, even if Author has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
User (s) living in a state or jurisdiction that does not allow the exclusion
or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages may not use
this Program. It is User 's responsibility to determine the state's
or jurisdiction's laws in this matter.
This License Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties
and cannot be modified except in writing by Author. This License Agreement is
governed by the laws of the United States and the Province of Bali of the Republic
of Indonesia.
